低界面張力泡沫驅油體系研究與性能評價

【摘要】:本文(wen)調研(yan)了(le)(le)(le)國內外泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)驅油(you)機理及應用研(yan)究的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)相關文(wen)獻,分析(xi)了(le)(le)(le)低界面(mian)(mian)張力(li)(li)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)驅在聚合物驅后進(jin)(jin)一步擴大波(bo)及體(ti)積(ji)及提高(gao)洗油(you)效率(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)可行性(xing),歸納并分析(xi)了(le)(le)(le)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)評(ping)價方法和(he)指標;總結了(le)(le)(le)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主要影(ying)響(xiang)因素,其中包(bao)括起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)劑(ji)分子(zi)結構(gou)和(he)濃(nong)度(du)、穩(wen)(wen)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)劑(ji)作(zuo)用、地層水(shui)(shui)介質、溫度(du)和(he)壓力(li)(li)等。在室內開展了(le)(le)(le)適用于雙河油(you)田油(you)藏條件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)無堿無聚合物低界面(mian)(mian)張力(li)(li)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)驅油(you)配方研(yan)究,對不同分子(zi)結構(gou)起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)劑(ji)及其復配體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)油(you)水(shui)(shui)界面(mian)(mian)張力(li)(li)和(he)起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)篩選評(ping)價,得到了(le)(le)(le)起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)較(jiao)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)低界面(mian)(mian)張力(li)(li)起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)劑(ji)體(ti)系(xi);對多種穩(wen)(wen)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)劑(ji)進(jin)(jin)行復配篩選,最后得到最佳(jia)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)復合體(ti)系(xi),并對泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)復合體(ti)系(xi)油(you)水(shui)(shui)界面(mian)(mian)張力(li)(li)及老化(hua)穩(wen)(wen)定(ding)性(xing)進(jin)(jin)行了(le)(le)(le)測定(ding)。考(kao)察了(le)(le)(le)溫度(du)、pH值(zhi)、礦化(hua)度(du)和(he)鈣(gai)鎂離子(zi)總量(liang)對泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)復合體(ti)系(xi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)(neng)和(he)油(you)水(shui)(shui)界面(mian)(mian)張力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang),運(yun)用Anton Paar流變儀研(yan)究了(le)(le)(le)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)沫(mo)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)表觀粘(zhan)度(du)和(he)粘(zhan)彈性(xing)。


實驗結果表明:


①針對雙(shuang)河Ⅱ5油(you)藏注入水(shui)礦化度(du)(du)低(di)和(he)原油(you)組分高瀝(li)青質的(de)(de)特點,親(qin)水(shui)基團(tuan)親(qin)水(shui)性(xing)(xing)較低(di)的(de)(de)陰-非離子(zi)(zi)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑AES、陽離子(zi)(zi)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑DTAB和(he)兩性(xing)(xing)離子(zi)(zi)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑BS-12降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)油(you)水(shui)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)效果相(xiang)(xiang)對較好,但(dan)仍大于(yu)10-1mN/m數量級。在親(qin)水(shui)基團(tuan)相(xiang)(xiang)同條件下,具有適度(du)(du)疏(shu)水(shui)碳鏈(lian)長度(du)(du)(R≈C12-15)、疏(shu)水(shui)基團(tuan)含苯環或類苯環等結構特征的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)活性(xing)(xing)劑降(jiang)(jiang)低(di)油(you)水(shui)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力(li)的(de)(de)能(neng)力(li)較強。


②不同(tong)親水(shui)基團的(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面活(huo)(huo)性(xing)劑中陰離子表(biao)(biao)(biao)面活(huo)(huo)性(xing)劑SDS和SLS、陰-非離子表(biao)(biao)(biao)面活(huo)(huo)性(xing)劑AES及兩性(xing)離子表(biao)(biao)(biao)面活(huo)(huo)性(xing)劑BS-12起(qi)泡效果相(xiang)對較好;同(tong)一(yi)類型(xing)親水(shui)基團表(biao)(biao)(biao)面活(huo)(huo)性(xing)劑的(de)起(qi)泡體(ti)積(ji)(ji)隨碳鏈(lian)長度(du)的(de)增加呈先(xian)增后減趨(qu)勢(shi),在疏水(shui)碳鏈(lian)長度(du)適中時(shi)起(qi)泡體(ti)積(ji)(ji)最(zui)大(da),其(qi)中碳鏈(lian)長度(du)為12-14的(de)兩性(xing)表(biao)(biao)(biao)面活(huo)(huo)性(xing)劑CAB和BS-14起(qi)泡體(ti)積(ji)(ji)最(zui)大(da)。


③通過大量(liang)復(fu)配(pei)實驗有(you)效解決(jue)了表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)活性(xing)劑體系起(qi)泡(pao)性(xing)能(neng)好而降低油(you)(you)水(shui)界(jie)面(mian)(mian)張力(li)效果差的對立矛盾。兩性(xing)離子(zi)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)活性(xing)劑CAB、BS-14分別與非離子(zi)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)活性(xing)劑CDEA復(fu)配(pei)對降低油(you)(you)水(shui)界(jie)面(mian)(mian)張力(li)具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)明顯的增效作用,在不(bu)同(tong)復(fu)配(pei)比(bi)例(li)(5:1-1:2)均可使油(you)(you)水(shui)界(jie)面(mian)(mian)張力(li)降至102mN/m數量(liang)級。但BS-14+CDEA體系不(bu)具(ju)(ju)(ju)起(qi)泡(pao)性(xing),只有(you)CDEA+CAB既具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)低界(jie)面(mian)(mian)張力(li)又具(ju)(ju)(ju)有(you)良好的起(qi)泡(pao)性(xing)能(neng)。


④對比研究Ross-Miles法和Waring Blender法對起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)劑起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)性(xing)與泡(pao)(pao)(pao)沫穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)的評價結果,發現Waring-Blender法可使具有一(yi)定(ding)粘度的發泡(pao)(pao)(pao)體系形成的泡(pao)(pao)(pao)沫分散更(geng)加均勻,起(qi)泡(pao)(pao)(pao)體積更(geng)大(da),更(geng)有利(li)于測試泡(pao)(pao)(pao)沫的穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)。


⑤非增粘(zhan)性(xing)泡沫(mo)(mo)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)劑(ji)對低(di)界面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力CAB+CDEA泡沫(mo)(mo)體系(xi)(xi)泡沫(mo)(mo)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)具(ju)(ju)有(you)負面(mian)(mian)影響(xiang),而增粘(zhan)性(xing)泡沫(mo)(mo)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)劑(ji)對其(qi)泡沫(mo)(mo)體系(xi)(xi)均具(ju)(ju)有(you)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)作用。PA與CAB+CDEA(5:1)復配泡沫(mo)(mo)體系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)泡沫(mo)(mo)綜合指(zhi)數(shu)大于10000mL.min,滿足強泡沫(mo)(mo)體系(xi)(xi)的(de)(de)要(yao)求,并且穩(wen)泡劑(ji)PA濃度(du)及老化時(shi)(shi)對泡沫(mo)(mo)體系(xi)(xi)油(you)水界面(mian)(mian)張(zhang)力影響(xiang)較小。研(yan)究(jiu)泡沫(mo)(mo)穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)機理發現,穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)性(xing)好的(de)(de)泡沫(mo)(mo)體系(xi)(xi)應具(ju)(ju)有(you)較高表(biao)面(mian)(mian)粘(zhan)度(du),以利于形成穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)表(biao)面(mian)(mian)膜;同時(shi)(shi)要(yao)有(you)適度(du)的(de)(de)溶液(ye)粘(zhan)度(du),以降低(di)泡沫(mo)(mo)液(ye)膜排液(ye)速(su)度(du)。


⑥確定(ding)了低界(jie)面(mian)張力泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)驅(qu)油(you)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)配方(3500mg/L(CAB+CDEA(5:1))起泡(pao)(pao)劑+1500mg/L PA穩泡(pao)(pao)劑);發(fa)現(xian)溫(wen)度(50~80℃)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao),泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)起泡(pao)(pao)體(ti)積增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia),泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)半衰(shuai)期降(jiang)(jiang)低,泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)綜(zong)合指數(shu)先增(zeng)(zeng)后降(jiang)(jiang);pH值(7-10)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia),泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)綜(zong)合指數(shu)下降(jiang)(jiang);礦化度(5000-10000mg/L)和鈣(gai)鎂(mei)離子(zi)含量(liang)(50~100mg/L)變(bian)化對(dui)泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)綜(zong)合指數(shu)影響較小。溫(wen)度、pH值、礦化度的升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)或增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)均能提高(gao)(gao)泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)驅(qu)油(you)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)降(jiang)(jiang)低油(you)水界(jie)面(mian)張力能力,而鈣(gai)鎂(mei)離子(zi)含量(liang)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)(jia)對(dui)泡(pao)(pao)沫(mo)(mo)(mo)驅(qu)油(you)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)降(jiang)(jiang)低油(you)水界(jie)面(mian)張力不利。


⑦在剪切速(su)率1~100s-1范圍(wei)內,泡沫(mo)流(liu)體(ti)屬(shu)于非(fei)牛頓流(liu)體(ti),符合假塑性(xing)流(liu)體(ti)特(te)性(xing),隨(sui)著剪切速(su)率的(de)增加,泡沫(mo)流(liu)體(ti)表觀粘(zhan)度下降,呈現剪切稀釋(shi)性(xing)。該泡沫(mo)流(liu)體(ti)在較(jiao)高(gao)的(de)頻(pin)率范圍(wei)(1-39Hz)具有較(jiao)好(hao)的(de)粘(zhan)彈(dan)性(xing),粘(zhan)彈(dan)性(xing)模量均高(gao)于1Pa,與其他聚合物粘(zhan)彈(dan)性(xing)比較(jiao),該泡沫(mo)體(ti)系具有非(fei)常好(hao)的(de)粘(zhan)彈(dan)性(xing)。
