鍍鉻工藝參數對鍍層質量的影響

除了鍍(du)(du)鉻(ge)液成分影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)鍍(du)(du)鉻(ge)層的質(zhi)量外,鍍(du)(du)鉻(ge)工(gong)藝參數(shu)的影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)也是很大的。有(you)時(shi)(shi)因為工(gong)藝參數(shu)不當(dang)而影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)了鍍(du)(du)層質(zhi)量,有(you)時(shi)(shi)可(ke)以(yi)調(diao)節(jie)電鍍(du)(du)工(gong)藝參數(shu)消除鍍(du)(du)鉻(ge)中的故障。


在鍍鉻溶液(ye)深鍍能力、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源、陽極等正常的情(qing)況下,可以通(tong)過沖(chong)擊鍍鉻來(lai)避免零件出現的鉻黃現象,沖(chong)擊電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)可以是正常電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)鍍電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的2倍~4倍,時(shi)間30s~90s,沖(chong)擊電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)與沖(chong)擊鍍時(shi)間與零件的外形有關,需要通(tong)過試(shi)驗(yan)來(lai)具體(ti)確定最佳(jia)的沖(chong)擊電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)和時(shi)間。

鍍鉻(ge)鎳底層(ceng)表(biao)面活化不充分(fen)(或(huo)鎳被(bei)鈍(dun)化)使鍍鉻(ge)的深鍍能力變(bian)差(cha),在低電(dian)流密度(du)區出現鉻(ge)黃(huang)(huang)故(gu)障(zhang)。在生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)中常碰到產(chan)(chan)品退鉻(ge)重(zhong)鍍時(shi)鉻(ge)黃(huang)(huang)現象較(jiao)直接電(dian)鍍.鎳后(hou)鍍鉻(ge)出現的鉻(ge)黃(huang)(huang)現象嚴重(zhong);夏(xia)天(tian)(tian)電(dian)鍍生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)出現的鉻(ge)黃(huang)(huang)故(gu)障(zhang)比冬天(tian)(tian)嚴重(zhong),其原因(yin)是夏(xia)天(tian)(tian)鍍鎳層(ceng)表(biao)面的鈍(dun)化速度(du)比冬天(tian)(tian)快(kuai),導致(zhi)出現鉻(ge)黃(huang)(huang)故(gu)障(zhang)。


對這種故障處(chu)理可(ke)以(yi)(yi)采(cai)用電(dian)鍍(du)(du)亮(liang)(liang)鎳(nie)(nie)后(hou)及時(shi)水洗,避免(mian)零(ling)件(jian)與空氣的(de)接觸時(shi)間過長導(dao)致(zhi)鎳(nie)(nie)層表面(mian)(mian)鈍(dun)化(hua)(hua);另外(wai)由于鎳(nie)(nie)鍍(du)(du)層在光亮(liang)(liang)鍍(du)(du)鎳(nie)(nie)溶液(ye)中也很(hen)容易鈍(dun)化(hua)(hua),所以(yi)(yi)鍍(du)(du)亮(liang)(liang)鎳(nie)(nie)后(hou)也要及時(shi)將零(ling)件(jian)從(cong)亮(liang)(liang)鎳(nie)(nie)液(ye)中取(qu)出,避免(mian)鍍(du)(du)鎳(nie)(nie)零(ling)件(jian)表面(mian)(mian)鈍(dun)化(hua)(hua);鍍(du)(du)鉻(ge)前的(de)活化(hua)(hua)要充分(fen),可(ke)根據需要增加陰極活化(hua)(hua)或(huo)化(hua)(hua)學活化(hua)(hua)工(gong)序來確保鎳(nie)(nie)鍍(du)(du)層充分(fen)活化(hua)(hua),具體(ti)可(ke)以(yi)(yi)根據工(gong)廠的(de)具體(ti)情況試(shi)驗確定。
