影響表面活性劑泡沫封堵性能的原因有哪些

為了(le)(le)進一步(bu)揭示影(ying)響(xiang)泡(pao)沫(mo)封堵(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)根本原因,首先通過泡(pao)沫(mo)驅替實驗研(yan)究了(le)(le)溫度對泡(pao)沫(mo)封堵(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang),然(ran)后利用界面流變儀分(fen)析(xi)了(le)(le)界面參(can)數隨(sui)溫度的(de)(de)變化,在此基礎上,建(jian)立起泡(pao)沫(mo)封堵(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)與界面性(xing)(xing)(xing)質之間的(de)(de)聯系,考察界面性(xing)(xing)(xing)質對泡(pao)沫(mo)封堵(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。


結(jie)果表明(ming):當溫(wen)度(du)由20℃升高(gao)到80℃時(shi),泡(pao)(pao)沫封(feng)堵(du)(du)能(neng)力(li)(li)先增(zeng)后(hou)減,40℃時(shi)達到最大,80℃時(shi)阻力(li)(li)因子減小(xiao)80%以上(shang),有效倍數(shu)降(jiang)低(di)至40℃時(shi)的(de)六分(fen)之一。相同溫(wen)度(du)變(bian)化范(fan)圍(wei)內,平衡界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)先減后(hou)增(zeng),40℃時(shi)界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)最小(xiao)為28.6 mN×m-1,而(er)擴張(zhang)(zhang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)和界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)先增(zeng)后(hou)減,界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)黏(nian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)則逐漸減小(xiao),40℃時(shi)工(gong)作頻(pin)率(lv)0.1 Hz對應的(de)最大擴張(zhang)(zhang)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)、界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)和界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)黏(nian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)分(fen)別為9.24、8.74、2.97 mN×m-1。界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)流變(bian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)表征了泡(pao)(pao)沫液膜性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)質,封(feng)堵(du)(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)好的(de)泡(pao)(pao)沫應同時(shi)具有一定(ding)的(de)高(gao)黏(nian)度(du)和良(liang)好的(de)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing),界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)和界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)黏(nian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang)共(gong)同影響(xiang)泡(pao)(pao)沫封(feng)堵(du)(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng);界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)與泡(pao)(pao)沫封(feng)堵(du)(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)呈(cheng)負相關關系(xi),界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)越(yue)小(xiao),越(yue)有利于泡(pao)(pao)沫再生,并對應越(yue)大界面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)模(mo)(mo)(mo)量(liang)(liang)(liang)(liang),因而(er)泡(pao)(pao)沫封(feng)堵(du)(du)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)越(yue)好。
