防治劍麻介殼蟲病,推薦劑量下藥劑的表面張力值多少最佳

中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)信息(xi)網中(zhong)(zhong)防治對象(xiang)為(wei)介殼(ke)蟲的(de)(de)農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)登記產(chan)品(pin)有197種(檢索(suo)時間(jian)為(wei)2021年(nian)12月22日),其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)單(dan)劑(ji)(ji)142種、混劑(ji)(ji)55種。登記產(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)有效(xiao)成分以(yi)毒死蜱、噻(sai)嗪酮、噻(sai)蟲嗪、礦物(wu)油(you)(you)、螺蟲乙酯為(wei)主,劑(ji)(ji)型主要分為(wei)乳(ru)油(you)(you)、懸浮劑(ji)(ji)、水分散粒劑(ji)(ji)、可(ke)濕(shi)性(xing)粉劑(ji)(ji)4類,施(shi)用(yong)方(fang)(fang)法以(yi)噴霧(wu)為(wei)主。相關研究表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)明(ming)(ming),大田(tian)常規噴霧(wu)時農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)有效(xiao)利(li)用(yong)率只有20%~30%,絕(jue)大多數(shu)(shu)藥(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)推薦(jian)(jian)用(yong)量(liang)下(xia)并不能(neng)有效(xiao)地(di)黏(nian)附在(zai)(zai)靶標(biao)(biao)作物(wu)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian),在(zai)(zai)噴施(shi)過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)極(ji)易從靶標(biao)(biao)上(shang)滾落流失(shi)。顧中(zhong)(zhong)言等(deng)(deng)研究闡明(ming)(ming)大多數(shu)(shu)藥(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)植物(wu)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)難以(yi)潤(run)(run)濕(shi)展(zhan)布(bu),是因為(wei)多數(shu)(shu)藥(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)在(zai)(zai)推薦(jian)(jian)用(yong)量(liang)下(xia)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)值大于靶標(biao)(biao)植物(wu)的(de)(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)值,只有當液(ye)(ye)體(ti)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)小于或接近固體(ti)的(de)(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)時,才能(neng)很好地(di)在(zai)(zai)固體(ti)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)鋪展(zhan)開來。有機(ji)硅表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)活性(xing)助劑(ji)(ji)具有出色的(de)(de)分散性(xing)、潤(run)(run)濕(shi)性(xing),可(ke)通(tong)過快速(su)降低(di)藥(yao)(yao)液(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)等(deng)(deng),使藥(yao)(yao)液(ye)(ye)在(zai)(zai)植物(wu)等(deng)(deng)靶標(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)更好地(di)潤(run)(run)濕(shi)、展(zhan)著(zhu)和滯留,進而提高農(nong)藥(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)利(li)用(yong)率和防治效(xiao)果。基于此(ci),筆者選取(qu)7種常用(yong)的(de)(de)介殼(ke)蟲防治用(yong)藥(yao)(yao),從劍(jian)麻(ma)的(de)(de)臨(lin)界表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)值,推薦(jian)(jian)劑(ji)(ji)量(liang)下(xia)藥(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)值,以(yi)及添加有機(ji)硅助劑(ji)(ji)后藥(yao)(yao)劑(ji)(ji)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)變化等(deng)(deng)方(fang)(fang)面(mian)(mian)(mian)(mian),分析藥(yao)(yao)液(ye)(ye)在(zai)(zai)劍(jian)麻(ma)葉片(pian)上(shang)的(de)(de)潤(run)(run)濕(shi)性(xing)能(neng),以(yi)期為(wei)大田(tian)用(yong)藥(yao)(yao)防治劍(jian)麻(ma)新菠蘿灰粉蚧(jie)提供理論(lun)依據。


試驗方法


劍麻葉(xie)片(pian)臨(lin)界表(biao)面張力(li)測定


參照Zisman作圖法,選取(qu)潔凈、無病(bing)斑(ban)的(de)(de)劍(jian)麻(ma)(ma)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian),用刀片(pian)(pian)切(qie)成規(gui)則平整的(de)(de)小塊(kuai)(避開葉(xie)脈),用膠水將其固(gu)定在(zai)載(zai)玻片(pian)(pian)上(shang),使(shi)用微量注射器分別吸取(qu)2μL已知表面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)的(de)(de)液體(乙二醇、DMSO、DMF和(he)去離子(zi)水),點滴(di)在(zai)劍(jian)麻(ma)(ma)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)表面(mian)(mian)(mian),置于接觸(chu)角(jiao)測(ce)量儀上(shang),記錄此時液滴(di)所(suo)成的(de)(de)接觸(chu)角(jiao)θ,每個處理重復(fu)10次,取(qu)平均值。以這4種液體的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值為(wei)橫坐標,cosθ為(wei)縱坐標,得(de)到(dao)一條直線(xian)回歸方程(cheng),在(zai)cosθ=1(接觸(chu)角(jiao)為(wei)0)處得(de)到(dao)相應的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值即為(wei)劍(jian)麻(ma)(ma)葉(xie)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)臨界表面(mian)(mian)(mian)張(zhang)(zhang)力(li)值。

有(you)機硅(gui)助(zhu)劑(ji)對7種殺蟲劑(ji)表面張(zhang)力的影響

將(jiang)7種供(gong)試殺蟲劑(ji)用(yong)去(qu)離子水稀釋成各制劑(ji)推薦用(yong)量,向其中添加(jia)質量濃度(du)(du)分(fen)別為(wei)0、100、200、300、400、500、1000 mg/L的(de)(de)有機(ji)硅,以去(qu)離子水為(wei)對照。根(gen)據國(guo)家標準GB/T 5549—1990測(ce)(ce)定殺蟲劑(ji)藥液的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)張力,用(yong)JK99C型全自動張力儀(鉑金板(ban)法)測(ce)(ce)定,連續(xu)重復5次測(ce)(ce)得的(de)(de)表面(mian)(mian)張力值相差(cha)不超過0.2 mN/m。測(ce)(ce)定時的(de)(de)溫度(du)(du)為(wei)(26±2)℃,相對濕度(du)(du)(80±5)%。


結論


7種殺蟲(chong)劑(ji)(ji)在推薦(jian)用(yong)量下的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面張力(li)各不(bu)相(xiang)同,均大于(yu)劍麻(ma)的(de)(de)(de)(de)臨(lin)界(jie)表面張力(li)(23.89 mN/m),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)25%噻蟲(chong)嗪(qin)WG的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面張力(li)值(zhi)最(zui)(zui)大(72.51 mN/m),4.5%高(gao)(gao)(gao)效氯氰菊(ju)酯(zhi)EC的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面張力(li)值(zhi)最(zui)(zui)小(35.72 mN/m)。當45%毒(du)死蜱EC 450 mg/L中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)入(ru)有(you)機(ji)硅(gui)500 mg/L,4.5%高(gao)(gao)(gao)效氯氰菊(ju)酯(zhi)EC 45 mg/L和70%吡蟲(chong)啉WG 350 mg/L中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)入(ru)有(you)機(ji)硅(gui)200 mg/L,其余4種殺蟲(chong)劑(ji)(ji)添加(jia)有(you)機(ji)硅(gui)100 mg/L時,藥(yao)液的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面張力(li)降(jiang)到劍麻(ma)的(de)(de)(de)(de)臨(lin)界(jie)表面張力(li)以下,其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)25%噻蟲(chong)嗪(qin)WG的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面張力(li)降(jiang)幅最(zui)(zui)大(67.58%),4.5%高(gao)(gao)(gao)效氯氰菊(ju)酯(zhi)EC的(de)(de)(de)(de)表面張力(li)降(jiang)幅最(zui)(zui)小(34.71%)。可在農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)制劑(ji)(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)添加(jia)適量的(de)(de)(de)(de)有(you)機(ji)硅(gui)助劑(ji)(ji)改(gai)善藥(yao)液的(de)(de)(de)(de)潤濕效果(guo),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)(gao)農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)利用(yong)率(lv)。
